  • Account information (Such as full name, username, city etc.).<\/li>
  • Location data: precise or approximate location when you choose to share it for features like nearby activities and route suggestions. Background location is only collected if you enable it in your device settings.<\/li>
  • Device and usage data: device identifiers, app interactions, feature usage, session length, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.<\/li>
  • App usage data: feature usage patterns, search history, and interactions with other users.<\/li>
  • Support and communications: messages or reports you send to us, including abuse reports, and associated metadata.<\/li>
  • Motion and physical activity data: When you use workout tracking features, your device’s motion sensors detect physical activity states (such as walking, running, cycling, or stationary). This data is used to:
    • Improve GPS tracking accuracy during workouts<\/li>
    • Optimize battery consumption by adjusting tracking frequency based on your movement<\/li>
    • Automatically detect when you start or stop moving<\/li>
    • This motion data is processed locally on your device and is only transmitted to our servers as part of an active workout session you choose to record.

            <\/strong>We keep your data as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. If you are based in EU and have been inactive for more than 2 years, we will delete your account automatically. You may request an account deletion at any time. Certain information (e.g., transaction records, legal compliance logs) may be retained for longer where required by law.<\/p>

            8. Your rights<\/strong>
            <\/strong>Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. Contact us at privacy@cykom.com to exercise your rights.

            <\/strong>You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. In some regions (e.g., EU), local age limits (e.g., 16) may apply. Any content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation will be removed and reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
