By downloading, accessing, or using CYKOM, you confirm that you\u2019ve read and agreed to these User Terms. Please also refer to our Privatlivspolitik<\/a> for information on how we process your data.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

  1. Definitions<\/strong><\/p>

    \u201cCYKOM\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 refers to the digital platform developed and operated by Cadence Technologies ApS, including the mobile application available for iOS and Android, the associated website, and all features and services provided therein. CYKOM enables users to create, discover, and join social sports activities (\u201cActivities\u201d), connect with communities and receive personalized content and recommendations based on user-provided and device-synced data.<\/p>

    \u201cThe company\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 refers to Cadence Technologies ApS, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Denmark, with its registered office at Stoltenbergsgade 5, 4. th, 1576 K\u00f8benhavn V, business registration number 45 29 46 25.<\/p>

    \u201cCompany Code of Conduct\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 a set of behavioral guidelines that govern how users interact within the app and in real-world activities organized through the platform.<\/p>

    \u201cUser Terms\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 refers to these terms and conditions governing the use of the app, including the mobile application, website, and related services. These terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both the user and the company, including rules for participation, data usage, content sharing, and legal disclaimers. By creating an account or using any feature of the app, users agree to be bound by the User Terms.<\/p>

    \u201cActivity\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 refers to any event, ride, session or physical endeavor created or joined via the app. This includes, but is not limited to, social cycling rides or other community-based sporting events supported within the platform. An Activity can be public or private, created by a user (\u201cHost\u201d) and joined by others.<\/p>

    \u201cActivities\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 refers to all such events collectively, whether they are organized by individuals, brands, clubs, or other entities using the app.<\/p>

    \u201cHost\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 a user who creates or moderates an Activity or event on the platform in accordance with these User Terms and the Company Code of Conduct.<\/p>

    \u201cRider\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 any individual user of the app who participates in or engages with Activities, including but not limited to cycling rides or other community-based sporting events organized via the app.<\/p>

    \u201cRiders\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 all such individuals collectively.

  2. Eligibility and registration<\/strong>
    <\/strong>You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. In countries where local law requires a higher minimum age, you must meet that age requirement to register. By registering, you agree to comply with these terms.
