The Castelli Men's Shorts are designed to give you the warmth you need at low temperatures so you can train in comfort. The use of Thermoflex fabrics allows sportswear to adapt to different weather conditions. For added comfort, cycling clothing has minimal seams to prevent chafing and discomfort. One of the characteristics of bibs is that they don't add warmth.

While cycling, the Progetto X2 Air seat cushion allows you to pedal comfortably on the bike. A few years ago Castelli created the first Omloop thermal shorts. This is inspired by professional riders clipping their knee warmers into their squats on clear sunny mornings at the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad.

Castelli set out to cut the bib shorts down to the squat and realized that we could make them without the stretch and the extra 4 inches of fabric would add a lot of warmth.These first The Omloop Shorts are made from Thermoflex fabric for cool, dry conditions like racing. Castelli's new 3rd generation Nano Flex fabric is just as soft, stretchy, breathable and warm as our Thermoflex fabric, making these shorts perfect for cool and dry conditions. It's also great for rainy days.
