Argon 18 Krypton Pro carbon road bike from the World Tour Team Astana*. This bike has been used through the 2019 season. The bike is equipped with a brand new Shimano Ultegra Di2 groupset.

Argon 18 designed the Krypton Pro to be a road-hungry endurance bike with a pronounced will to win. Built with a no-compromises approach, the Krypton Pro is lightweight, remains stable at high speeds, and is responsive under big watts, and provides the rider with impeccable handling and a smooth ride feeling even after a full day in the saddle. Furthermore, the Krypton Pro frame is one of the lightest frames in the category.

Originally designed to be the ideal bike the classics and races were the roads get rough, the Krypton Pro was awarded by both Road CC. as the frameset of the year in 2019 and Best In Test by Grand Fondo Magazine that same year. With its superior handling, comfort, and slightly relaxed geometry, the Krypton Pro is one of the fastest endurance bikes on the market and perhaps the perfect ride! In short a bike that could be recommended to everyone!

The bike is incredibly versatile and is the perfect choice if you can not decide between a road bike or a cyclocross bike. The bike has been set up as a cyclocross bike with a pair of 33mm Schwalbe X-One tires making it ready to tear up the trails in your local forest. If you someday want to go road racing, simply swap the tires to a pair of road tires and you got yourself a road bike.
