A smartly executed travel block that offers a variety of training options in a compact package with an internal ratchet that allows the user to raise or lower the front wheel, simulating slopes of up to 6%. The block has a large footprint, and non-slip feet for added stability and the ElastoGel wheel groove helps improved front-wheel security
