The Alpha RoS (Rain or Shine) is both very well insulated and highly breathable making it an extremely versatile winter jacket. The jacket features a Gore-Tex Infinium Windstopper membrane that makes the jacket fully wind-proof and water-repellent. The revolutionizing Alpha construction separates the wind/water protection membrane from the insulating layer which results in improved breathability of the jacket.
