Brand new Castelli Idro Pro rain vest made for World Tour team Ineos* for the 2020 season.

Designed to be the ultimate Gore-Tex cycling vest, the Idro Pro is a super light, extremely packable, and durable rain vest with a snug aero fit. It's ideal for all weather conditions due to the awesome Gore-Tex Shakedry fabric and provides waterproofness in a very light vest. The Gore-Tex membrane also ensures extreme levels of breathability.

The Idro Pro vest features the Gore Topo stretch fabric at the side panels and bottom of the back for a close fit to the body and reduced flapping in the wind. The vest comes with a long shield guard on the back to protect from spray from the rear wheel. Also featuring a soft neck liner for all-day comfort, an elastic silicone waistband to keep the vest in place and to protect from the weather, and reflective details for low-light safety. All seams are fully taped and completely waterproof as well as the front zipper.

This vest is designed as workwear for professional cyclists. It's ideal as weather protection in any weather conditions. Castelli has been able to bring a closer more aero fit and extreme packability to a vest that’s fully protective for all-day riding in the rain. Think of it as a long-ride workhorse rather than emergency protection.
