These shoe covers are designed for the rainiest days on the bike. The 4mm thick neoprene fabric offers protection from both the wind, rain, and the cold. The neoprene construction is completed with glued seams. The shoe cover has a water-resistant zipper that makes it easy to take the shoe covers on and off.
