The Pinarello F12 was completely updated from the F10. Compared to the F10, the Pinarello F12 is 10% stiffer and 7,3% more aerodynamic. The aerodynamic advantage compared to the F10 is equal to 8 watts at 40 km/h, if you do not know how much that is, it is the same as a whole one-second gain per kilometre. The aerodynamic advantage can make the whole difference when you are going for glory in a solo breakaway.
