Brand new Tacx NEO 2T smart hometrainer.

The Tacx top model NEO 2T excels in being quite - a technical achievement Tacx has further developed in this new high-end model.

The improved noise level results in an almost silent hometrainer experience. It comes with an optimized power and cadence accuracy of within 1%. The new engine design provides an improved cycling experience during inclines, accelerations, and when driving at low speeds or cadence. It now enables accurate pedal rotation analysis via compatible third-party software such as the Edge cycling computers. Dynamic inertia compensates for weight and other factors to ensure a realistic and smooth driving experience. The road sensing function allows you to experience the sensation of different road surfaces such as cobblestones and gravel.

Compared to most other home trainers on the market where the resistance is generated by a large flywheel, the Neo 2T creates the resistance using 32 powerful electronically controlled magnets, adjusting just the right load 1000 times per second. This makes that the Neo 2T should never be calibrated and always measures watts accurately.

The Road Feel function simulates different types of surfaces such as gravel roads and cobblestones when driving in Zwift or Tacx's own software. That way you can feel the vibrations in the pedals and the bike. The built-in motor lets you experience descents as realistically as outdoors. When you hit a descent in, for example, Zwift, the engine will take over and run at the realistic speed downhill instead of losing speed if you stop stepping.

Compatible with 8-9-10-11-speed Shimano and SRAM cassettes. Body for Campagnolo and SRAM XD/XD-R are sold separately.
