The Wahoo Speedplay Aero stands out from the rest of the pedals. The Aeros are specifically designed s designed to be as aerodynamic as possible with a dimpled surface and a streamlined profile. Every aspect of its design has been painstakingly tailored to boost speed by minimizing wind drag.

The pedals come with a full set of cleats, buddies, and screws. The cleats come in a walkable edition, which allows you to walk around in shoes without worrying about the durability of the cleats. That being said, we do recommend that the included buddies are applied for walks longer than to and from your bike.

The pedals are made with a double-sided entry which means that you'll never have to think about clicking into the pedal again.

The new Wahoo Speedplay production is based on the original technology founded in California in 1989. The new series of pedals are all upgraded with lower stack and enhanced aerodynamics compared to the previous models. The clamp system is compatible with the old Speedplay Zero models.

The last couple of seasons EF Education First Nippo has been riding with the Speedplay system in which they have performed well in several World Tour races including monuments like Paris-Roubaix and Tour of Flanders.
