How to return

Please read this guide carefully before you start your return.

You have 30 days to return any item from the day you receive your order.

Should you regret your purchase, we kindly ask you to return the package using your local post office or with a return label from us.

We can provide pre-paid return labels with GLS, PostNord, UPS or FedEx, depending on your country and the shipping price. We mainly choose UPS for return labels. We will send the return label to you via email and deduct the return fee from your total refund amount.

Contact us if you want to hear your price for a return label. The pre-paid label fees are different depending on the sender's country.

Remember that the item should be in the same condition as when you received it. You can read more about our general terms and return policy here.

How to return:

  1. Type in your order number without the hashtag (#) (ex. "EU12345") and your email, phone or ZIP code. You can find your order number in your order confirmation or sales invoice.
  2. Choose the product(s) you would like to return.
  3. Choose how to send your return package with either your local post office or our return label. Contact us to hear about our price for a return label before you choose it. (Return fees are usually between 10€ and 25€)
  4. You will receive an email with a confirmation and a guide from here.
