The Shimano Alfine BR-S7000 Hydraulic Brake caliper, developed for urban-style bikes with internally geared hubs, is now available. This post-mount brake caliper gives sufficient stopping force when needed while striking an excellent combination of usefulness and aesthetics.

This brake caliper is non-corrosive and less harmful because it uses mineral oil instead of standard hydraulic fluid. The Shim-less mounting bracket enables quick and simple installation and setup, while compatibility with Shimano hydraulic brake levers provides excellent performance. This hydraulic disc brake package is versatile because it may be used with 6-bolt or Centre Lock rotors. The one-way bleeding caliper makes maintenance simple and clean. Its G03S resin pads give dependable stopping power.
