Castelli has enhanced this bootie by using neoprene that is 33% thicker and increasing its height to cover the lower leg, extending just below the calf muscle.

The upper edge is precisely cut to create a secure seal against the skin, effectively keeping water out. Seams are sealed in a manner similar to wetsuits, and the material maintains its exceptional stretchiness, ensuring a comfortable fit and easy wear. Additionally, there's reflective detailing on the heel to enhance visibility in low-light conditions.
